It has been a very difficult decision to make but in order to continue to provide quality care during the day we will no longer be able to provide dedicated after-hours emergency care effective December 2022.
This decision was not made lightly as we all entered this field because we care deeply about animal health. We wish that we could be available to provide care at all hours but we also need to preserve staff retention and mental health.
